• Supervised and/or managed patrol division, criminal investigations, and administrative division in a department of 330 personnel

• Utilizes intelligence-led policing strategies to combat crime issues

• Master's degree in Public Safety Administration - Columbus State U.

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish - University of Georgia

• Peace Officer Standards and Training Council Instructor

• The only candidate with vast experience in administration of a law enforcement agency in densely populated and growing areas

• Believes the power of law enforcement comes from the consent of the People
